Donate what you don’t need and help local families and individuals live just a little better.

Too much clutter? We’ve all been guilty of “hoarding” at one point or another.  And we’ve all heard about the value of “letting go.” So why not declutter while helping a neighbor out?

From clothing to housewares, from cars to appliances – you name it, there’s someone in your community that can use it. That’s where Chicago Chesed Fund’s Second Time Around comes in – providing unused, but not unloved essentials to families in need.

Donating is easy. Every morning, Chicago Chesed Fund makes pickups in local neighborhoods and collects drop-offs at their warehouse to distribute to the families and individuals who can use them.

To schedule a pickup for your items, please email Bracha@ChicagoChesedFund.org.

As always, feel free to drop off bags at the Chicago Chesed Fund garage (7045 N. Ridgeway, Lincolnwood) or in one of the bins outside of:

Darchei Shalom of Glenbrook – 3465 Techny Road
Northbrook Community Synagogue – 2548 Jasper Court

**Please bag all your clothing items and put all housewares in boxes. No shaimos.
